Words that Work: How to Craft Messages that Open Doors, Minds, and Wallets

In this presentation, Jon offers five powerful rules for finding and using words that really work. Citing examples from business, breakthrough capital campaigns and pop culture, Jon explains how every fundraiser can access the right language to deliver results.

Jon Yarian is a writer, talker, brand storyteller, wine snob and avid indoorsman. Before co-founding Outline, he led his own content and strategy firm, ghost-wrote a New York Times bestseller, served as a press secretary on Capitol Hill and bagged groceries at Kroger.
